Before handing this brief over
  • Name the recipient's scope and any work excluded or priced by others.
  • Include the PDF or Markdown brief and the Excel register, with the source documents you're authorised to share. Confirm which document issues or revisions apply.
  • If an earlier issue is shown, point out what changed since it. A revision label alone doesn't confirm the content is unchanged.
  • Point out unread or missing documents, unresolved conflicts and open draft RFIs. A result marked "not found" does not prove a requirement is absent.
  • Confirm the tender and clarification deadlines, including the time zone, and who will raise each question.
